1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IoT monitoring system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the system.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must promptly notify the system administrators.

3. System Availability

The system may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. The provider will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned service interruptions.

4. Data Privacy

The provider is committed to protecting the privacy of data collected through the system. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. You acknowledge that collected data may be stored and processed on servers outside your country of residence.

5. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

The provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the system operates.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the system’s use shall be resolved through binding arbitration, following the rules of the arbitration body designated by the provider.

9. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms & Conditions represent the full agreement between you and the provider, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or verbal, regarding system usage.
